Boruch Hashem! About time!
August 4, 2021 8:46 pm

B”H! So many Bochurim struggle with this problem of not knowing what to do with the hours and hours of undefined “seder iyun”. This is a great idea and a long time coming!
Kein yiru v’chein yilmidu! May it be a good begining!

Amazing.

It’s about time! After all Gemara is primarily a Sefer of Halochos, from their source to the conclusion. Theoretics are beautiful, but a distraction from the goal for many who need practical application. Kudos to YTTM for a great initiative.

Breath of fresh air!

Bochurim like myself i’ve been looking for something practical yet does not stray far from the day-to-day learning. Finally!
Learning with real life applications.

So long coming

I can’t help but remind myself of those Shiurim by Rabbi Shtern, amazing, clarity and application
My year we studied קדושין with a פרוטה, why and how the ring, lots about the שטר and much more.
After pesach Rabbi Shtern encouraged us to transfer over to study the last perek of קדושין as it discusses the applicable halachos of יחוד and on.
I can only imagine the success of these track.

Wow amazing

He has a very good כח הסברה. This track is much needed and מהם יראו וכן יעשו in all Yeshivos. Learning iyun for so many hours is not for everyone, this track will help those who cannot do that.

Practical.

Going to learn in Montreal was the best decision I made as a bochur. The staff there are so warm and I really enjoyed learning while there. Also, the food quality was a top priority for the yeshivah and it was always fresh and delicious because they hired a professional cook. Seriously, the gashmius in this yeshivah is really good. They make sure the bochurim are comfortable and feel good so they can focus on learning. I miss my Yeshiva days.

Great initiative

This is what our yeshivos are missing. Kol Hakavod. I hope others will follow their lead.
