Family, friends and colleagues of Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, Director of Merkos 302, attended a Farbrengen marking his 40th birthday on Thursday evening.
Hosted at his home in Crown Heights, guests said l’chaim and wished R’ Mendy much success in his role as director of the Merkos 302 office in Crown Heights which is dedicated to helping and assisting Shluchim worldwide in their shlichus and personal lives.
