To sign up an receive a certificate with an ID number but not be able to do missions use this link http://www2.tzivoshashem.org/kids/THSignUp.asp
To sign up to do missions and go up in rank you can join the CKids brigade but when they enter Pre1A and enroll through school they will lose their rank and start again from private.
