The Menachem Education Foundation returns to provide Chabad women educators from around the world with the largest-ever Kinus Mechanchos Chabad this summer, featuring an extended program in honor of 50 years of Mivtzah Chinuch.
Scheduled to take place on Chof Alef-Chof Bais Av / August 4-5 at the Armon Hotel in Stamford, CT, there will be a special preliminary program starting at the Ohel the night before, on Chof Av / August 3, with an optional extra night at the hotel. Mechanchos are excited about the additional programming, especially as it coincides with Chof Av, and allows more time for workshops and networking over the next two days.
The annual Kinus Mechanchos is the largest event celebrating Chabad Chinuch, and this year’s mega program will provide an opportunity for educators to recharge, connect, and attend quality workshops, to gain tools and inspiration before the new school year. This year’s program will center on the theme of ונפשו קשורה בנפשו, starting with building lasting connections with students. Different aspects of the program will also illustrate how connecting more deeply with ourselves, each other, Hashem and the Rebbe can also make us better educators.
To provide a tailored experience to educators of every grade level and demographic, the Kinus Mechanchos will feature tracks for educators of Limudei Kodesh, general studies, day schools, early childhood, elementary and high school, as well as unique school leadership and experienced educator tracks. The workshops geared for Mechanchos in each role ensure that every participant walks away equipped with strategies and resources for the new year.
Registration for the 11th Annual Kinus Mechanchos will be launched shortly after Pesach, and Mechanchos are encouraged to look out for emails regarding open registration, discount rates, program, presenters and more.
