An individual was arrested on Sunday afternoon after threatening people with a large knife in Crown Heights.
The incident occurred near Eastern Parkway and Troy Ave. Shmira was successful in de-escalating and disarming him.
The NYPD took him into custody and he was transported to the hospital for a psych evaluation.

Troy and Eastern Pkway, right outside of Esti’s Pharmacy, is where an obviously not well man was ranting and stalking about several weeks ago. There seems to be some housing program or facility right near that corner. Maybe a half-way house. What can we do about the obvious increase in mentally ill people in this neighborhood?
Stop paying taxes.
We are being extorted to pay for our own harassment by people who add no good to anything.

Start investigating those that allocated the funding to these housing projects and you’ll probably find all the money laundering and bribery too
I saw him many times walking around crown Hights (specifically Albany and Montgomery) stalking and harassing.
