Where does this guy reside?
In any government funded housing in the neighborhood that we are funding?
How can we find that out?
Thanks

Is this the same guy who lunged at a woman on Kingston, near Weinstein’s, last week? That guy was clearly psychotic, yelling and stomping about, agitated and probably paranoid. The woman in that incident leaped out of the way, avoiding being smacked by the man. Then a group of men (Jews) began to chase after that guy, not touching him but kind of surrounding him while calling NYPD or Shomrim.
I saw all this and assumed the guy was picked up. Was he let back on the street?

They’re all taken for psychiatric evaluation, almost none arrested. I don’t know how helpful a visit to the psych ward is today anyway. My understanding is if a person doesn’t want treatment they can’t be forced. So yes he’ll probably be back on the street shortly. The system is broke like the glass bottle he wielded!

If he is taken to a psych ward, the police should be able to put him on an involuntary hold (we call that a Baker Act in my state). If the police in NY cannot Baker Act people, why not?

A guy did this in Kingston, PA a couple weeks back, and one member of the community went out and found him, gave him a good beating and he hasn’t been seen since….. that is what fixes this….. and only this

If only here in ch
