What topics are covered by the Dayanus course?
The program covers the fundamentals of beis din, halachic litigation, business, and interpersonal responsibility. This includes: Hilchos Dayanim (laws of judges) Hilchos Eidus (laws of testimony) Hilchos Toien V’nitan (laws of plaintiffs and defendants) and Hilchos Harsha’ah (laws of the power of attorney).
Additionally, throughout the program, various prominent dayanim and rabbonim will deliver shiurim and workshops, addressing the contemporary side of the material being studied, and supplementing it with other relevant halachos.
