That is awesome. This inspires me to push myself and do some cardio, when the tired impulse was telling me otherwise. The gentleman in the article is an example not just of great physical ability, but of will power. Now if I could get a few people to follow his example and do some work and organizing on opposing the homeless shelters and overdevelopment, what a wonderful world this would be.
