Los Angeles Turns into a Shtetl

In honor of the many Chassidishe Yomim Tovim happening in the month of Kislev, the Los Angeles Chabad Girls Schools, Bais Chaya Mushka Elementary School, Bais Rebbe Junior High School, and Bais Chana High School united together for “A Shtetl day in Lubavitch.”

In order for the students to experience and really feel what it was like in Lubavitch, the town in Russia, they would have to see Lubavitch.

There were seven different stations (ie: Cheder, Lubavitch Marketplace, Rebbetzin Rivka’s Kitchen, Jail etc.) where the children were able to learn hands on, in a fun and exciting way, how Chassidus was brought about, and how it applies to them.
