Teen entrepreneur Nina Schottenstein resides in Florida and is the owner of Sweet Nina’s, where she locally sells her handmade kosher confections.
Nina says she looks forward to partnering with the global Jewish Girls Unite community as a baking instructor in JGU Creative Online Camp, which runs July 5 through August 12.
Featuring a variety of unique recipes, the baking program is divided into three sessions:
Wednesday, July 7 at 6:45 pm ET;
Sunday, July 11 at 12:00pm ET;
and Wednesday, July 14 at 6:45 pm ET.

Nina recalls: “Hadassah was a talented, brave, loving girl with a special soul. She always had a smile on her face, one that was super contagious! She happened to love baking herself! She would FaceTime me asking about recipes and how to make a dessert. She loved making macarons and sent me pictures of the ones she made all the time. She had such a huge impact on so many people, including myself. Watching her do what she did was so inspirational and made me want to strive to do my best in what I do. Everything she did, had to be up to her standards. I love and miss her every day.”
