What about these whatsapps that have music in the background just to enhance video. Can those videos be watched in the 3 weeks.

Some people find today’s music overloud, distracting, painful even. When one is deeply upset or distressed, any music, whether sad or happy, may not sooth, neither bring joy. So why is music per se forbidden?
