Matisyahu ben Avraham, an elderly Jewish man who has no known relatives, has passed away in Brookdale Hospital on Monday.
Levaya arrangements are being coordinated by Rabbi Avraham Lider of Ahavas Chesed, who asks that anyone who can should please attend.
“It is a big zechus to give this Jewish man his final Kovod,” Rabbi Lider said.
The levaya will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, leaving Shomrei Hadas Chapels in Boro Park at 9:45 am and passing by 770 at 10:30 am, on the way to burial in Montefiore Cemetery.
