I don’t Beleive he said that, we should not be quick to judge when there isn’t even a source that is backing the story.

That Reb’ Aryeh Malkiel Kotler in the picture, he is the Rosh Yeshiva.
Reb’ Aaron Kotelr (who is quoted) is the CEO of Beis Medrash Gavoah – Lakewood.
