Following 10 years of running her own business of music and movement classes for mothers and their little ones incorporating Hebrew songs and Jewish themes in Melbourne, Australia, Robin Aron, a young, vibrant, Orthodox Jewish woman, brings her many talents to mothers and their little ones (ages 6 months and up) anywhere in the world.
Aron, a mother, professional singer, and early childhood educator, will launch “Robin’s Nest TV”, an online, interactive, music and movement classes website for young children.
Robin Aron was born in Los Angeles, California and was part of the Jewish music scene from a very young age. At the age of 13, she made Aliyah to Israel with her family. There she gained an appreciation of the beautiful children’s music that is such a big part of the culture in Israel.
Following her marriage to an Australian, and her move “down under”, Robin studied voice and early childhood education. She merged the two when she launched her business “Robin’s Nest”- music and movement classes for mothers and their little ones with a Jewish flavor, and incorporating Hebrew songs, something that was virtually non-existent in Melbourne, Australia back then.
Robin now brings these unique classes online to Jewish children, wherever in the world they may be. Robin incorporates brand new songs which she has composed, traditional tunes, puppets, musical instruments, movement scarves, a wide array of exciting props, and much, much more.
The Jewish holidays have their own episodes dedicated especially to them (our favorites!) Mothers may choose to enjoy the episodes with their children, while doing the activities with them, or they may choose to let them enjoy the episodes on their own, or with siblings and friends!
The educational and entertaining classes will be streaming on Robin Aron’s new website www.RobinsNest.tv which launched on February 17th, 2014.
Each week, a brand new, exciting episode will be released and available to stream directly onto computers, laptops, tablets, or smartphones for babies and children to enjoy (perfect for preschool classes, too!). A world first in Jewish children’s entertainment!
aMAZING GREATLY PRICED
I’m happy to pay $4.99 for quality Jewish entertainment to play to my kids for 7 days. My kids have watched the 1st episode at least 6 times and I’ve only had it for 3 days.
So worth the money! A quality Jewish educational show that my kids aged 2, 5 and 7 all danced and sing along to. So what if you only have it for a week next week you get a new episode. It is definitely interactive and I’m sure these things are not cheap to produce. This looks like it is being done independently without big backing so if more people signed up and supported this I’m sure the price would come down. The people who do this sort of thing aren’t doing it for the money they do it because they… Read more »
It says that it costs 1 credit (which is $5) per episode under “packages”.
You do not have to register to be told that.
You can’t get everything for free. She needs to feed her children and send them to school etc.
it says sign up free, but once I did you have to pay to actually see anything.. I was excited to use this for my preschool class but I cant pay….oh well..
I was excited when I saw this but only after I subscribed did it say I have to pay to watch. It should be written before.
I would pay these prices to download it but if you can only stream them for one week, thats not worth it. Sorry 🙁
Seems like a great thing to make for Jewish kids, we need more ppl doing stuff like this!but it’s more expensive to buy an episode of this than it would be to rent a movie online! At least if it was bought at that price at least I could maybe understand but just to have for a week…it’s pricey.plus like someone above commented, she needs to make at least one free episode to entice ppl to join, esp for that price point.
I think she definitely shoudl release one free episode so people can see, it’s kind of expensive.
Finally a great quality Jewish children’s video website!
I have just purchased an episode and can’t wait to show my 1 year old. Thank you Robin!
Gotta love those kiddy models.
Well done Robin. SO talented.
Go Robin! What an innovative idea!!
this looks awesome, I can’t wait to sign up and tune in!
