100 people joined the global learning initiative in Johannesburg, South Africa, on Sunday at the Torah Academy Hall.
The event was part of a global effort to learn all of the Rebbe’s Maamorim in honor of the auspicious day of Gimmel Tammuz.
All the participants were entered into a raffle for a sponsored trip to the Rebbe for Gimmel Tammuz. The winner was Yitzi Rothman.
“It was quite full BH and there was a loud buzz of everyone learning, some on their own and some b’chavrusa,” one participant said. ” The atmosphere was really something special.”
