Gabrielle Rubenstein-Cheong, Vice President and Director of Catering and Customer Relations of Joe Coffee, was the guest speaker of the recent Young Jewish Professionals networking event at Chabad Lubavitch of Brooklyn Heights.
The event was hosted by Rabbi Eliyahu and Shaindy Raskin who lead the Brooklyn Heights YJP and was sponsored by Pure Point Financial, Dr. Ed Rubinchik.
Rubenstein-Cheong is part of the brother and sister team behind Joe Coffee, a family-owned coffee roasting company with locations in Manhattan and Philadelphia. Her brother Jonathan Rubinstein serves as CEO.
In her talk, she described how the company was founded in 2003 as a singular specialty coffee house in Manhattan’s West Village with the vision of brewing the highest quality, unique coffees and serving them with unsurpassed hospitality and knowledge.
