The Jewish Children’s Museum on Eastern Parkway installed the first bricks in a series of permanent engravings which will line the front of the gray modern building.
In addition to their name engraved on a stone in a “Walk of Fame,” each donor receives a replica of thier brick as a keepsake.
“The brick campaign is a great way to be a part of the museum’s goals of building tolerance and understanding among all children,” said Chaim Benjaminson, Marketing Director of the museum, “and remains an everlasting display of the donor’s generosity.”
