In the midst of the ongoing war and at the conclusion of a significant diplomatic visit to the United States, Israeli Defense Minister Mr. Israel Katz visited the Rebbe’s Ohel in Queens, NY on Motzei Shabbos.
Minister Katz, who wrapped up a series of high-level meetings in the U.S. with US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other top defense officials, was accompanied by Chagit Leviev, daughter of Lev Leviev, President of the World Bukharian Jewish Congress and Gabriel Sufiov, Vice President of the Bukharian Congress as well as Shluchim to the Bukharian Jewish community in America, Rabbi Zalman Zvulonov and Rabbi Levi Yitzchok Wolowik.
At the holy resting place, Minister Katz offered heartfelt prayers for the success of the Jewish people and IDF soldiers in the ongoing war, as well as for the safe return of the hostages and missing individuals.
