By: Temimim Parents
As a child, he’s the sweetest, smartest, most creative kid you know.
As a student, he’s frustrated and anxious.
Sounds like your son?
If it does, know that he is not alone. Many children with moderate academic challenges experience stress surrounding learning, like:
– Fear of falling behind
– Fear of embarrassing themselves
– stress of disappointing their parents or teachers.
Now completing our third successful year, Baruch Hashem, Temimim is a private Crown Heights cheder for boys who need the right environment in order to thrive.
At the core of Temimim, our mission is to ensure that each student can enjoy the personal experience of success.
Temimim’s lead Rebbi, Rabbi Stroh, explains, “When a child experiences success in learning, he starts to develop a love for it. Nothing builds confidence and momentum like achieving excellence.”
Rabbi Stroh is the educational visionary and driving force behind our school’s success—and our boys’ incredible new confidence. “It’s truly remarkable to witness the growth and transformation of boys once they are free of the pressure to catch up and can focus instead on growing steadily.”
A low student-teacher ratio gives every Temimim boy highly personalized attention and a truly individualized approach, while the warmth of our Mechanchim fosters a strong sense of belonging.
As parents, the transformation we’ve witnessed in our boys is astounding. They experience satisfaction in their learning, and a personal connection to Yiddishkeit that extends beyond the classroom. They’ve gained confidence in fundamental concepts and values of Yiddishkeit such as davening with a minyan. They are continually encouraged to reach for their personal best, and then to set their sights on new heights.
With Hashem’s help, for the 2025-2026 year, we have the capacity to welcome 5-6 more students in the 8th Grade age group: before advancing to Mesivta.
If your son struggles in the conventional classroom yet has the potential to thrive in a more supportive setting, we would love to connect with you. To explore whether Temimim is the right fit for your son, please reach out to us using this form.

Testimonials:
Such a wonderful concept. Kol hakavod
Rabbi Stroh is a true mechanech, and a Mentsch.
So beyond impressive!
This is incredible, cant wait to hear the continued success of this school
I heard about similar program in Long Island. So important for your kid to be happy.
Wish there was something similar for elementary girls, rather than spending thousands on tutors and therapy 🫤
Wow this is so impressive. It is so special to see parents go out of their way to provide the best chinuch opportunity for their child instead of trying to make what’s already out there “work”. Kol Hakavod and wishing this school much Hatzlacha.
… I often see these, or similar articles, posted without any information. Where is this? Do they have a website? Any other information?
