The six week deep dive into the Nurtured Heart Approach®️ is a thorough, progressive process of learning, exploring, and immediately implementing this approach.

You will learn the concepts and notions in an intentional order of unfolding that supports deep understanding and concrete action.

The experientials, video examples and discussions will allow for real time processing, personalizing, and integration of the principles that make up this powerful approach.

The weekly reading assignments will review and deepen the clarity of the lessons covered in the course, and will give you even more time to process and digest.
