The weathered iconic wooden door at the main entrance of 770 Eastern Parkway is being refurbished.
The wooden door at the entrance of Lubavitch Headquarters at 770 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights has been temporarily removed for refurbishment.
For now, a temporary door stands in its place.
The work is being coordinated by R’ Chaim Boruch Halberstam, and sponsored by R’ Yossi Rabkin.
Again? They did this like 4 years ago. And that metal door stayed there for 6 months.
