If you grew up on shlichus, you know there are certain memories that never leave you.
For me, it was the annual Chanukah marathon: assembling (and re-assembling) giant menorahs all over town — usually in temperatures so cold my fingers went numb. I remember climbing ladders in the wind, tightening bolts while snow hit my face, and racing around in rented vans because another menorah needed to be moved, fixed, or flipped back up after a storm.
Some nights I’d be home, ready for bed, when the calls started coming in:
“A bulb is out.”
“The wind knocked it over again.”
“There’s water in the socket.”
And off I went.
It was holy work — real shlichus, real Pirsumei Nisa — but it came with real exhaustion.
After years of that, one thought wouldn’t leave me:
Why isn’t there an easier, sturdier, brighter option for shluchim?
Something that makes Pirsumei Nisa simpler, not harder?
So I stopped waiting… and I started building.
Year after year, I experimented — prototypes, failures, new materials, new versions, testing, redesigning, improving. With the help of my friend — an engineer who believed in the vision — we kept pushing, refining, and rebuilding. What began as a dream in a freezing garage has now become a reality ready to brighten the world.
Introducing Beams of Light — the Menorah built with the Shliach in mind:
– Full-body LED brilliance on all sides
– Sturdy yet lightweight
– Fully weather-resistant and wind-resistant
– 5 – minute setup (even with gloves!)
– Fits in a regular car — no van required
– Stands just under 10 ft tall
– Automatically adds the next light at shkiya
A menorah designed to be easy and simple — without the headaches or the heavy price tag.
Along the way, I met a generous balabus who believed deeply in the mission. He shared the vision and partnered with us to subsidize the cost so this menorah could be attainable for every shliach, every community, every city worldwide.
This menorah’s real market value is $1,999, yet because of his partnership, we’re able to make it available for only $999.
This year, the response was beyond anything we imagined.
Just a week after opening up for sales, every single menorah was gone — completely sold out.
Shluchim were calling, texting, emailing, trying to grab “just one more.” By the end of that week, we had a waiting list of people upset they missed out, wishing they had reserved sooner.
The demand was unreal — and the light it’s already bringing to communities across the U.S. and even surrounding islands is something we’re truly humbled by.
You now have two options to secure your Beams of Light Menorah:
• Purchase now, and your menorah will ship in approximately two months as part of our next production batch.
• Or, place a $99 deposit to lock in the $999 price, and we will reserve a unit for you for the next season.
Now available at Bolmenorah.com.
Let’s make Chanukah bright again — together.
A Freilichen Chanukah!
