Hi Boys and Girls! Welcome back to “History’s Heroes” Where we learn about our favorite Jewish Heroes and craft, paint, or experiment, along the way!
Highlight: Korach
Korach was a highly intelligent, prominent, and elite member of the Jewish community. His story offers important lessons for all of us. He understood the power of each person’s connection to Hashem and encouraged everyone to reach their full potential, even when it challenged conventional understanding. Although Korach faced a tragic ending, his children went on to become some of the great figures in the Jewish nation.
Korach challenged the leadership of the Kehuna, questioning how one person could hold such authority. However, Moshe demonstrated, through the abilities Hashem gave him, that there must be a single leader to guide and direct the Jewish people. We will create a unique tic-tac-toe board featuring elements of the Kohen Gadol’s garments. Get ready to sculpt, paint, decorate, and craft a game that you will cherish for a long time!
Please join our contest, where we raffle off 2 Tickets to the Jewish Children’s Museum, when a completed project (picture or video) is sent to [email protected] . Hatzlacha J
