Rabbi Noam Wagner comes from a long line of extremely learned and important Rabbinical scholars. He grew up in Toronto, Canada, and was ordained by the famous Montreal’s Chief Rabbi Pinchos Hirshprung OBM in 1995.
He currently heads the Chabad Yeshiva for college boys in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he currently lives with his family. Rabbi Wagner has a unique perspective on Chassidic philosophy and is recognized for his influence and unique connection with Chabad bochurim.

Can this be why Moshe Rabeinu asked to stay in the desert with his generation. And that’s maybe why some shluchim asked to be buried with their communities, because the people in their community will have a connection to the rebbe through them
The Rebbe does write that in regards to why the Rabeim were all buried out of eretz Yisroel, and to why yakov didn’t travel with eisav, rather waited for his ,’weak flock’.
