With many missing pages rescanned, and hundreds of pages corrected, the new sewn binding of Sichos Kodesh is said to be the best edition to date.
The 50 volume set of Sichos Kodesh contains the original transcripts of the Rebbe’s Farbrengens during the years 5710-5741, as they were penned at the time by the choizrim in their original Yiddish.
The set – first compiled and printed in 5747 by Rabbis Gershon Eichorn and Yoske Greenberg, has been printed by various individuals during the last 30 years, and has been sold for for $1200-$1400 a set.
As reported on COLlive, the new sets — which will be arriving in NY this winter — have been sold for an unprecedented sale of just $890. In honor of Hei Teives an additional 20 sets will be available for purchase, on a first come first serve basis.
