Hatzalah of Crown Heights held their annual raffle event and symposium in Crown Heights on Motzei Shabbos.
Speakers on the topic of injury prevention for children and adults included Dr. Lynn Model, Pediatric surgeon at Maimonides Medical Center and Dr. Kenneth D. Gibbs, President and CEO of Maimonides Medical Center.
Participants enjoyed a hot buffet and wine tasting by Eber’s.
MC for the evening was Mendy Pellin. Musical entertainment was by singer Eli Marcus and the Shira Choir accompanied by the Benshimon orchestra.
The raffle drawing was held for a $25,000 cash prize. The winner is Alexander Weisz from Crown Heights.
