KC Market, formerly known as Kosher Central Market, celebrated the grand opening of its all-new expanded supermarket in Hollywood, Florida on Sunday, November 3rd.
Entrepreneur Yossi Gopin, a member of the Walnut Creek Chabad community in Hollywood, Florida led by Rabbi Zalman Korf, has opened the store this week, after many years of planning and many months of construction.
KC Market is now among the largest kosher supermarkets in South Florida, and will provide an upgraded kosher culinary experience for Florida’s kosher consumers.
The celebration was attended by over 250 people, including dignitaries from the local government and the Jewish community. Participants were treated to samples of delicacies from the KC Catering department and enjoyed a fine wine tasting and live musical entertainment. Sivan Labkowsi from “Events by Sivan” coordinated the evening’s ceremonies and breathtaking décor.
The new store offers an incredible selection of fresh baked goods and produce. The deli features a wide selection of delicious, prepared meats, side dishes and salads.
The expansion allows KC’s grocery department to carry a large selection of all meat, dairy and dry goods, as well as a tremendous section just for wine. KC Market is thrilled to offer incredible sushi by Rollmasters, who are well known throughout the north and in many other supermarkets.
“KC Market is now the one-stop-shop that gives kosher consumers the opportunity to get prepared food and all of their grocery needs at this beautiful new supermarket,” said Gopin.
