Rabbi David Zaoui z’’l was a wonderful man and shaliach of the Rebbe !! He was loved and admired because he truly loved every Jew and dedicated all his life to the community ! energy joy and burning fire was the definition of this special neshome and he was a light to every one he was meeting jews and non Jews ! As a bochur i learned in Brunoy for a few years and i “happened” to go on mivtzoim to reb Dovids town -Neuilly. I can’t describe in words the greatness of Reb Dovid. As a young american 15 yr old coming to do mivtzoim in his town he connected with me right away and he was a tremendous dugma chaya for me.
