The Lag BaOmer Parade of 1984 is now available online thanks to a joint effort of JEM, Chabad.org, beitchabad.com and their hundreds of affiliate Chabad House websites.
The talk, delivered outdoors on a glorious day on Eastern Parkway, features the Rebbe – passionately, and in simple language geared toward children – addressing a range of themes from the story of Lag BaOmer to Jewish education and Russian Jewry.
In addition to hundreds of schools and thousands of families and groups which have watched the video over the past several weeks, JEM and Chabad.org are now gearing up for an additional 100,000 expected viewers over the next few days.

The original Farbrengen, broadcast live to dozens of countries was coordinated by JEM’s founder Rabbi Hillel Dovid Krinsky, and was funded by the Elkaim Family of Florida.
The DVD re-release of the original material was sponsored by the Lapidus family of Argentina, the Schurder family of Boca Raton, Florida, and by a third anonymous sponsor.
It includes the full unedited talks, and features the parade with all its marching bands, floats, alongside all the Rebbe’s talks that day.
