Now, ahead of the launch of Machon Smicha’s new Hilchos Shabbos course, Machon Smicha is giving everyone a taste of the materials they provide.
The Shabbos course is structured such that each topic is explored before the original source in the Gemara and Rishonim, all the way down to contemporary poskim and minhagim.
“This Translated and Explained Shulchan Aruch enables everyone to learn at a high level,” says Rabbi Shlomo Chaim Kesselman, Machon Smicha Director. “Even people who might feel that on their own they do not possess the skills necessary to open a Shulchan Aruch and delve deeply into it, through using our Shulchan Aruch they are able to achieve just that.”
