On Spirit Airlines flight 174 from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport to LaGuardia Airport in New York, special mention was made of Chabad bochurim on board.
Welcoming the passengers to their final destination, a flight attendant referred to the 20 bochurim from Yeshiva Torah Ohr of North Miami Beach that flew in for Yud Shvat, the day the Rebbe accepted the leadership of Chabad.
She also mentioned the occasion of completing the 32nd cycle of daily study of Mishneh Torah, authored by the Rambam which she called Maimonides and had trouble pronouncing it.

I love the way one terrific story is bringing out even more super stories from readers!
I wonder if this is the flight attendant that did not work on Shabbos and Davened at “The Shul” in Florida.?
Rabbi Shmuel Lew was in Ireland and asked a clerk at a desk
which way was East. She replied, “Just tell me where you
want to go.”

I was at Kennedy checking in my luggage which was overweight. The dark porter asked if I was coming from Crown Heights. Though I was wasn’t, I was part of the Chabad group. Is the Rabbi there your Rabbi he asked. After assuring him that I was he took out his wallet to show me a well worn picture of the Rebbe. he used to live in Crown Heights.
(And my luggage was just fine the way it was)
Was that you?
The flight attendant that is always making Kidush Hashem???
Not totally related, but let me run it by anyway. I was once at Laguardia airport, and needed to daven Mincha. So I asked an African porter which way was east. He stood there for a moment, with his forefinger to his temple (as if in contemplation). Then he pointed to a wall and said,”It must be over there because sometimes I see your brothers going like this…,” and he started shuckling!
the same thing happens every time Chicago goes in as a group
