At an incredible Lag B’omer parade attended by 2,500 proud Jews on a weekday, hundreds of children took part in a special mitzvah.
The Flatbush Mega Event focused on the Rebbe’s instruction that the only way to counter a dangerous political climate in the world is by rallying the children in an unprecedented achdus with a global children’s Sefer Torah.
With that message equally applicable to us today, bochurim, led by Sholom Vigler, inspired hundreds of children to sign up for a letter in the Sefer Torah.
Rav Moshe Tuvia Lief, mara d’asra of Agudas Yisroel, addressed the massive crowd with Divrei bracha, followed by Rabbi Yoseph Vigler of Mayan Yisroel.
There was Torah, Tefilla and Tzedaka followed by the America’s Got Talent semi-finalists, the Chicago Boyz Team. The event climaxed with dancing and a huge bonfire.
wow very nice that looks like a lot of fun have those talented people are called the Chicago boys I want to tell you they are really awesome
Go Yossi and Shlomi you are true chassidim of the Rebbe and you are making him proud with what you are doing.
