This Motzai Shabbos, Junior N’shei will be hosting an informative symposium featuring Rabbi Gideon Weitzman, Director of the Puah Institute in the US and the Head of the English Speaking Section of the Puah Institute for Fertility and Medicine in Accordance with Halacha in Israel.
Rabbi Gideon Weitzman has made time in his busy schedule to stop in Crown Heights to speak to the men of our community. He will be addressing numerous medical, emotional and physicals aspects that can impact keeping the mitzvah of Taharas hamishpacha. He will elaborate different topics to allow the men to be on the same page as their wives and trouble shoot common problems. (While the Puah organization is generally associated with fertility issues, Rabbi Weitzman will not be talking about infertility.)
Rabbi Weitzman is a published author on many subjects of medical and halachic importance, as well as teacher and lecturer of great capacity. He has collaborated with many Chabad rabbonim as well as chosson and kallah teachers to enhance their understanding of medical and physical issues, and Junior N’shei is pleased to host him in their upcoming event geared just for men.
Rabbi Weitzman currently resides in Eretz Yisroel and Junior N’shei’s event is just one of the many speaking engagements he has on his itinerary while in the US. All men are invited to come and glean from the wealth of knowledge he has to offer.
Such an event has never taken place and women are excited that their husbands will have a chance to listen to and ask questions in a man-to-man setting.
The event will take place this coming Motzai Shabbos, 11 Cheshvan, November 12 at 1354 Carroll Street. Doors open at 8:00 pm and the program will start at 8:15. Entrance fee is $10 and refreshments will be served.

rabbi Weitzman is an unbelievable rav. I’ve gone to several of his sessions of puah. He has worked with many chabad rabonim and understands us. He is so knowledgeable in all areas and speaks in such an aidel way. No matter what personality the husband is, every man should go hear him. From the most learned, to the “most chassidish”, to the “chabad light”- it doesn’t matter! Each one will benefit! If we need a man or rav to speak about these topics, you couldn’t find a better candidate!
He spoke for the women and i learned sooo much (married for 10+ years).
Thank Jn for thinking of the husbands. No one else does
It’s about time the men have someone talk to them and give advice , insight and tips on marriage !
Every man should go!
I hope Rabbi weitzman ( don’t know who he is:) will be an eye opener for those husbands that don’t have a clue about the importance of marriage and relationship ,and how to treat and talk to their wife !
