Sounds delicious but very high sodium per serving. Perhaps the chicken soup mix can be either lessened or completely eliminated. Also teriyaki sauce comes in lower sodium. Just saying…
Some packages have the hechsher, others do not.
Please be careful when purchasing!
To# 5.
I have an easier solution for you if this is too complicated.
Use chicken strips. Frozen stir fry veggies in a bag.
Brown the chicken. Add soy sauce stir fry ( from a btl). Sautée till fully ready. ( usually 5-7 min). Add green unions sesame seeds and top it off with sesame oil. Comes out amazing. Serve over rice. The whole geshichte should take no longer then 20 min (after all prep is done).
Advise. Start cooking rice 15 minutes before. So everything is ready together n serve hot. Enjoy.
Use any chicken soup mix and braggs liquid aminos instead of regular soy sauce
