For 4 nights in a row, music trucks will be driving around Crown Heights bringing the Simchas Beis Hashoeva celebration to the front of every home.
Due to concerns of the coronavirus pandemic, the annual dancing which draws thousands each night of Chol Hamoed to Crown Heights will not take place.
Rabbi Yisroel Shemtov, longtime coordinator of the annual celebration, has been working with a team of volunteers to create an exciting and joyous celebration in the streets of Crown Heights, albeit in a safe, socially distanced way.
This year, a Simchas Beis Hashoeva music bus with live entertainment will drive through the streets each night of Chol Hamoed, 6:30 – 9:45 pm nightly.
COLlive will broadcast the festitivies live.
Organizers told COLlive that there will be an exciting lineup of live music and performers. Stay tuned for details.
