On Wednesday night, close to 50 of Anash and Shluchim gathered in Boston for a Siyum Harambam and a farbrengen in honor of Yud Shvat, the day the Rebbe accepted leadership of Chabad.
The guest speaker was Rabbi Yoske Gopin, Director of Chabad West Hartford in Connecticut, who shares memories of Yud Shvat proceedings in 770 Eastern Parkway and inspirational thoughts.
Concluding the 32nd daily learning cycle of Rambam was Rabbi Moshe Lieberman of the Newton Chabad. Beginning the new 33rd cycle of learning 3 chapters a day was Rabbi Yossi Kivman of Mansfield Chabad.
A special thanks was given to Rabbi Moshe Bleich of Chabad of Wellesley who organizes these gatherings on Chassidic holidays and to Rabbi Yakov Ciment of the NEHA for hosting the fabreingen.
This coming Motzoei Shabbos there will be a children’s rally in honor of Yud Shvat at the Natick Chabad. On Sunday, Shaloh House Chabad will host Rabbi Eli Silberstein, Director of Chabad in Ithica, NY, for a farbrengen and festive meal.
