What a comeback!
Former president and Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump won the 2024 presidential election on Tuesday, beating Vice President Kamala Harris.
Trump, the businessman who served as the 45th president of the United States from 2017 to 2021, entered the race as an underdog, facing opposition within his own party and legal battles.
The race has been called for Trump by Fox News, calling it “a stunning victory, delivering him a second term in the White House after a historic election cycle filled with unprecedented twists and turns and two attempts on his life.”
Trump will be the first president to serve two non-consecutive terms since Grover Cleveland in 1892 — and only the second in history.
He was first elected president in 2016, defeating former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and vowing to “Make America Great Again.” He lost re-election to President Joe Biden in 2020 during the global Covid pandemic but re-claimed the White House in 2024 after a nearly two-year campaign, vowing to “Make America Great Once Again.”
Trump campaigned for a second term on the record of his first and focused on the failures of the Biden-Harris administration. The former president was able to point to the reversal of some of his key policies as reasons why inflation rose and the U.S. border crisis worsened.
Trump faced a crowded GOP primary field, but emerged as the frontrunner yet again, easily defeating his opponents – all of whom eventually endorsed him to be the 47th President of the United States – and winning each primary contest.
In the race, he won key swing states and has grown his support among the Jewish and Hispanic communities.
Even while courting the Muslim vote in Michigan, Trump never minimized his steadfast support for Israel in their war against their Arab neighbors.
Most notably, Trump spent the first anniversary of October 7 by visiting the Rebbe‘s Ohel at Old Montefiore Cemetery in New York. He prayed there while holding a Tehillim and put in a personal note of prayer as customary.
Political commentator Ben Shapiro, who accompanied him on the trip, commented on Tuesday that the turning point for Trump in the polls has been that visit.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was quick to congratulate Trump on what he called “history’s greatest comeback!”
“Your historic return to the White House offers a new beginning for America and a powerful recommitment to the great alliance between Israel and America,” Netanyahu wrote. “This is a huge victory!”

Moral of the story: go to the Ohel
Thank you Hashem!
Long live king donold
Welcome back to the dark ages
Do you note anything about history? The dark ages? You are a typical liberal idiot. Feel free to use any of the drug tunnels, airplanes, or boats to exit the US immediately. I’m sure another country is just ecstatic to take you.
Whoa, you get very easily triggered for a conservative (I voted for Trump, but I didn’t get very triggered from the “dark ages” comment)
…”triggered” with “calling out idiots and trolls.”

a great day for America and all yidden.
A bad day for us Jewish community
Trump is no saint
We’re not electing a saint. We’re electing someone to do so e very necessary tasks of national and international garbage cleanup.
It’s time for him to first go to either to the Ohel or 770 (since they took down the tent) to thank the Rebbe!!
Wow, Trump has some stamina!
Basically he is a good man.
Regarding the Jewish people, I hope we will finally strike the Iranian nuclear sites and destroy that program, because this is our last chance. It is a good thing that Trump is coming back to office, as we were facing an irreversible state of danger.
Trump is a threat to democracy very sad to see
If you’re joking I’ll laugh OUT LOUD!!
IF NOT, I hope you can see better.
This is an insane opinion. Common, but insane.
However, the outgoing administration is a threat to the Jewish people. We need to be relieved that they lost. Very relieved. I know that they are relieved in Israel. They feel like they have had an incredible positive change of fortune. Yesterday, people who care about our security were staring disaster in the face. Today they are talking about a new era. Defeating our enemies, ending the Iranian nuclear threat, establishing relations with Saudi Arabia. None of this excites you?
Let’s talk about rigged. Biden got 81 MILLION votes in 2020? No way that was legit.
Hashem protects His nation!
Boruch Hashem!
Are in the Hands of Hashem

I would like to point out something that Donald Trump and his supporters and all of you guys are _not_ saying right now: “The vote is rigged.” That’s because they and you are the only people who say that, and now Trump is winning. In Trump world only Trump victories are legitimate. In the real world, American elections aren’t rigged, even when the result is devastating to a plurality — and possibly even a majority — of people. You won’t see me breaking into the Capitol on January 6, or even alleging fraud and rigged machines and mules from Mexico… Read more »
Notice, that trump has a similar amount of votes to last time.
The Dems have 15 million votes less than last time. What happened to those 15 million votes. How did they disappear from last election to this one?
That’s what people have been saying for the past four years. Their game is up!
No way Biden won with 12 million more votes from campaigning in his basement than popular Obama. So if you take off 12 million and then another three million, the true number sounds a lot more logical reasonable and accurate. This election exposed the number of fraudulent cheating votes that were added last time
Ur kidding right?
There’s been lots of proof of fraud last time and attempted fraud this time
BARUCH HASHEM they weren’t successful this time.
Thank you Hashem !!!!!
Just that this time they couldn’t do enough of it to swing the vote, unlike last time. Now the evidence will come out, and you’ll be shaking your head at how you could ever have believed that the vote totals in 2020 were honest.
Rudy Giuliani had 20 binders full of signed affidavits from people reporting fraud back in 2020
The cases were selectively brought before corrupt judges to outright dismiss them. No evidence was heard!

What kind of turn of fortune? Hashem runs the world, and Hashem decided that he should win… thank you Hashem!
He should go to the ohel. After he was elected also.
Agreed. Most true comment here
This was a blowout.
Just look at some of these numbers.
Biden won NY by 23. She won by 11
Biden won NJ by 16. She won by 5
Biden won Virginia by 10. She won by 5
He won Texas by 14 (last time by 6).
He won Florida by 13 (last time by 4).
Hashem! we love You
mashiah ben david is going to be revealed this year
Honestly, I’d be disappointed with this reaction even if Kamala won. Chabad has never been a political entity and I’ve been told by several Chabad Rabbis that they are encouraged by those in the upper echelon of Chabad not to take a political side publicly. You are entitled to your opinions and to vote, but to make a blanket statement/celebration that Chabad endorses a political candidate is truly unfortunate. Thankfully, the Chabad people that I hold close remain don’t feel the need to push this on their communities. And while I didn’t vote for either one, how can you be… Read more »
