A Question Thats The Answer.

What would you say, if Albert Einstein him self would tel you, that he himself performed a triple blind study to find out, if always A Son is younger than his father and mother, and the study has found that some times, the Son is Older than his father and mother, would you accept it to believe that it is so?

Nope.

Nope.

Comment 3 is correct. Despite a story in which the Rashab merely told the freidiker rebbe not to enter the upstairs room in the Maharal’s shul (which he did and caused spiritual damage), there is no proof. Shnayer Leiman, a talmud Chacham and excellent scholar, has basically put to rest any notion that such a golem ever existed. Very prolific maharal of Prague, his famous son-in-law Rabbi Katz, or anyonein their lifetime and who would have had any memory of the Golem, and no one within three hundred years after the time of the Maharal ever mentioned such a Golem.… Read more »

I am surprised at this very Vague answer…
the Rebbe clearly states in many places the the Golem of the Maharal did indeed exist.

Has anyone gone into the attic since? Send in a bot with a video camera and dispel the doubts here or there once and for all.

although there are many skeptics about the story of the golem of Prague,
a chasid chabad should be proud and sure with what the Rebbe says and writes.

that barked , the egel , etc . moved but that does mean it was alive it may looked like it was but its actual “body” did not live. There is an amazing book called “the golem ” by r gershon kranzler . in the book it discusses what soul did the marhal put into the golem ( yosef hashad from the talmud ) . Wether a golem can be counted in a minyan etc. ( no) its more like the geder of the nefesh of a behama The funny things is that belief that the maharal made the golem… Read more »

Here is the Hebrew to what #7 translates:

Golem yes, stories-no

The nifloas maharal serialized in talks and talks, we’re plagiarized by reb yudel Rosenberg ( from Chaim Bloch, who himself plagiarized it from someone else) are complete Fabrications. From talks and talks these stories had been spread to the whole world via tapes, publications and video. It’s a shame that what was originally meant to be kosher reading material for youth is now part of the Chabad Canon. If you were to ask the current shliach of Prague, he will tell the attic of the shul has been empty for many, many years. This has nothing to do with whether… Read more »

1) Gechazi making them “come alive” is not in the actual Tanach

2) Rava sent it to Rabbi Zeira NOT rav sheshes

3) The Rabbi Eliyahu Baal shem who made a golem was Rabbi Eliyahu of Chelem, it is debatable if he is the same person as the “Rabbi Eliyahu Baal shem” mentioned in the friediker REbbe’s zichronos
