Alex von Furstenberg, CEO of the investment firm Ranger Global Advisors, flew on a private jet from Los Angeles to Washington, DC, and was accompanied by a spiritual crew.
Von Furstenberg, the son of fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and stepson of billionaire Barry Diller, took along the sons of California’s Head Shliach Rabbi Shlomo Cunin for the cross-country flight.
On the plane, the brothers decided to print an edition of the Tanya, 50,000 feet in the air, in memory of their late brother, Rabbi Tzemach Cunin who tragically passed away this month.
Using a printer, the brothers printed copies of the Tanya, the monumental work of Chabad Chassidism authored by the Alter Rebbe.
A similar edition was printed in the home of Rabbi Tzemach in Los Angeles during the Shiva mourning after his sudden passing at the age of 43.
Now, the brothers printed a second one in heaven in loving memory of their beloved brother in an effort to keep spreading the light of Torah in the world.
May this bring Moshiach now!!
Would love to hear his story connecting to Chabad. Who is the other guy in the picture, with the black hat?
I want a copy.מזל טוב מזל טוב. 😆😆😆👍👍👍

I wish they can get the Telethon up and running the way it once was Blessings to the Cunin family, only Simchas!
