Tomorrow, Thursday, 30 Sivan – June 10, Starting 6 am
(Move your Car Tonight)
Multiple Streets on Albany Avenue in Crown Heights will be repaved, do not park your car on the following streets tonight (or move it if you already parked there so your vehicle does not get towed) because they will start towing at 6 am tomorrow morning,
Albany Avenue from Empire all the way till Midwood Street (and possibly others, check for those papers).
As well please be aware due to this that on Albany Avenue from Eastern Parkway until Empire will be a complete large traffic jam all day so avoid driving anywhere in that Albany Avenue area,
best to walk.
Friday
Midwood Street is scheduled to be repaved on Friday (Towing to clear the street starting 6am Friday morning) so don’t park your car on Midwood Street from Thursday night.
Please do your fellow Yid a favor and forward this to anyone you know that lives in those areas and or to any Yiddishe buildings WhatsApp Groups and blocks WhatsApp groups in these areas to inform everyone Not to park by these locations

Where is the Community Council?! Where are our Askonim??
They cant find another time to do this other than near Gimmul Taamuz weekend when thousands of visitors come to Crown Heights?
This could not have been done in the middle of the summer??
Nyc dot repaves the roads every year in may and june. They dont consult with the community before they do minor projects like this.
Doesn’t sound minor
But lubavitchers will be at the ohel so its a great time to do it when they wont be in crown heights
Thank you Crown heights Askanim for allowing this to be done smack in middle of the busiest Gimmel Tamuz weekend.
Hashgocho protis this is happening now for gimmel tamuz! It is to pave the way for melech hamoshiach!!!
Theres no real need to repave the roads again and again
Actually, theres a map online that lists all the city streets and the condition that they are in.
Each street gets a rating. After a street has degraded enough, they are put on the list to repave. The heavier traveled the street, the more often it is repaved.
