It is 32 years since the Rebbe said the famous Sicha in which he charged Chassidim with the task “to do all that they can to bring Moshiach.”
This Sicha from Chof Ches Nissan was the cause of the gathering by Lubavitchers and bochurim in Montreal, Canada this week.
The Sicha was explained in a special shiur given by Rabbi Chaim Shlomo Cohen, Director of the MADA center and from the senior Shluchim in the city.
He emphasized how each person has the responsibility to bring the revelation of Moshiach in an actual way.
It was followed by a Farbrengen led by the Shluchim Rabbi Berel Mochkin, Rabbi Berel Bell, Rabbi Yosef Minkowitz and Rabbi Yossi Paris, that continued until the early hours of the morning.
