Who is CH Meat? I’m familiar with CH Butcher, and I very often purchase there, but those are two different names! Does anyone know if CH Meat is actually CH Butcher, or is it someplace different?

Thank you for your questions.

To clarify:

* CH Meat and CH Butcher are the same company operating under the CHK certification.

* Southern Kosher Meat on our list is the Rubashkin product from South America.

* Aaron’s is not under CHK certification and therefore does not appear on our list. CHK certification applies only to products that physically bear the CHK label.

Wishing everyone a Kosher and Joyous Pesach!

I know that this was implied, but some may misunderstand:

This refers ONLY to factory-packaged meats, NOT store-repackaged, even with a CHK.

i would still wait till the stores selling these products tell us that the meats they are selling are “now” kosher for pesach. This would presumably mean that all the chometzdikeh crumbs that must inevitably be found in the meat dept as a result of handling breaded chickens etcetera, have been carefully removed from the areas where meat and fowl are prepared, packaged, and finally displayed for sale to the customers. Chag kusher v’samayach to all.
