Chevra Kadisha Farewell One of Their Own

Members of the Chevra Kadisha of Crown Heights attended the levaya of their longtime colleague R' Yoske Wilmowsky, who passed at the age of 61. They were joined by local residents as well as bochurim whom he has served for years at the Yeshiva dormitory at 1414 President St. Photos

He is survived by his wife Devorah, and children Shimi, Yaffa, Zushi, Miriam Perlow, Mendy, Tova Feiner, Nissi, Esty, Faigy Rimler, Fuli and Benyamin, and grandchildren.

He is also survived by his sister Miriam Peres and brothers Levi (Kfar Chabad) and Yankel (North Miami Beach, FL).

The family will be sitting shiva today until 10:30 PM and Erev Rosh Hashana until 2 hours before Yom Tov at 1522 President Street.
