As reported, several weeks ago JEM held a breakfast for supporters who have assisted JEM’s efforts to record, preserve, and share the video, audio, and photographic recordings of the Rebbe’s life.
The breakfast began with an emotional video about the “My Encounter with the Rebbe” project’s initiative to bring the actual interviewees into the schools and involve the children with the interview process.

lubavitch is not about getting inspired and touched and crying etc. its about maase bepoiel!!! maybe, instead of teaching the children on how to interview people, maybe teach them to connect to the rebbe through learning his torah and to be mekaiim his horaos mivtzoim vechu. maybe make the rebbe and geulah a LIVING thing by them!!!!

I did not mean to imply what you took out of my comment at all. The video is amazing and JEM is doing great work. I just find it appaling to hear such words coming from a “Lubavitchers” mouth and put on the internet for all to see “The Rebbe is not with us anymore”!!!

This kind-of goes without saying, but I’ll say it: If your takeaway from this video is, as you write, that “the Rebbe is not with us,” you need a serious tune-up.
This project is literally presenting the Rebbe to these children in a vivid, living, manner.
