Letter from Aaron*
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
My name is Aaron*, I am 36 years old and am a member of the Jewish community in Cyprus. My Rabbi is Rabbi Raskin the Chief Rabbi of Cyprus.
I humbly seek your help to enable me to get three procedures done, one for my neck and two for my stomach.
I have a small hole in my neck. The doctors had done this procedure because they were afraid that I wouldn’t be able to breathe. The hole causes me trouble with speaking and eating because air is coming outside through this hole and liquids from my body are coming outside through this hole. the first operation I would do would be on my neck to close this hole. It’s very hard for me to leave my house out of embarrassment because so many people stare at me.
For my stomach, I need two operations.
I need an Ostomy bag & I need to put a net inside my stomach. And secondly I have a “hernia” and I will need to have surgical repair.
I have not worked for many months due to the pain and embarrassment related to my medical issues and therefore can not pay the doctors to perform these procedures.
$20,000 is needed to pay the doctors in Cyprus who can help me. All the money raised will be sent to Chabad of Cyprus which will ensure every dollar is spent correctly and that I will have some funds for recovery.
It would make me so happy to know that the money will be raised before Shavuot so that next week I can call the doctors to schedule the procedures.
Please please help out as much as possible. In this Merit may Hashem never let you know such pain and hardship.
From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for any help you can give! May Hashem bless you with a happy Chag!!!
Sincerely Aaron* (name changed for privacy reasons).
I humbly seek your help. Click here to donate.
