Chabad of the Conejo, now only months away from completing the construction of its long-awaited New Center for Jewish Life in Agoura Hills, California, is inviting people to participate in the milestone of joy and blessing.
Recognized as one of the premier trail-blazing outreach centers of its kind in the United States, Chabad of the Conejo’s innovative programs – especially in the area of adult education – have set trends and standards for Jewish educational institutions throughout the world.
The beautiful new center, which will serve as the centerpiece of the greater Chabad of the Conejo Community Campus, is expected to bring the organization’s endeavors to a whole new level.
During these weeks, as the elegant stonework is being installed at the front of the new building, individuals are being invited to dedicate specially designated stones for themselves and/or members of their family.
This elaborate stonework will include fine tablets of “Jerusalem Stone” to be laid over and around the new building’s majestic archway, and exquisite marble ledge-stones to adorn the wider exterior facade.
For a nominal donation to the Building Campaign, each person named will hold a personal stake in the new edifice and will forever reap the spiritual merit and blessings brought forth by its ongoing activities of Torah study, prayer and deeds of loving-kindness.
“Ever since our forefather Yakov set forth a stone and proclaimed it ‘a pillar that shall become a House of G-d’, Jews have been setting stones in the building of such sacred Houses,” says Rabbi Moshe Bryski, Director of Chabad of the Conejo.
“Like the stones of the Kosel, these stones are not made just of stone; they are made of the hopes and dreams of the Jewish People. These are stones with souls… This is why connecting to them is such a special and everlasting zechus for the neshomoh – be it for those of this world or the next.”
An elegant certificate will be issued and mailed for each stone dedicated. Additionally, a chart listing all dedicators will be posted in the new center. To arrange for your stone dedication, visit ChabadConejo.com/stone or call (818) 991-0991.

The warmth and love shown here has touched my heart.
My daughter came to Agoura Hills as a new kallah and everyone has made her feel that she is part of their extended families. Whenever I go there they extend that warmth to me.
