Chabad Early Childhood, the international network serving Chabad preschools on Shlichus, invites all Shluchos to preschool empowerment sessions taking place in Crown Heights during the Kinus Hashluchos.
The annual event for preschool directors is a highlight for these Shluchos to focus on the role, skills and growth of preschool directors and staff. It’s a rare opportunity for them to connect with each other, enjoy a beautiful breakfast buffet and get a free gift given to each Shlucha participating.
“Last year’s Chabad Early Childhood event gave me incredible insight and practical tools on educational philosophy,” shared Mrs. Mushky Glitsenstein, Shlucha to Royal Oak, MI. “Walking out, I felt like I have the knowledge and confidence to answer parents’ questions that I struggled with before.”
Keynote speaker, Mrs. Etti Seigel who is an early childhood professor and mentor will delve into staff retention, resolving staff conflict and staff motivation. Preschool director Mrs. Tzivie Greenberg will discuss leading your preschool from a place of calm and inner joy. Ending off the day, panelists Mrs. Devorah Deitsch, Mrs. Goldie Plotkin, Mrs. Sarah Cunin and Mrs. Estee Greeberg will lead an interactive discussion where these directors with different style preschools and years of experience can guide in navigating preschool obstacles.
The sessions will take place on Friday, February 10 / 19 Shevat at 1349 President Street (Rubashkin).
Shluchos can register at Shluchim.org/CECKinus.
