As the winter chill settles in, CGI Poconos is already gearing up for an unforgettable summer, celebrating 13 seasons of providing unparalleled overnight camping experiences. In an email to the CGI Poconos community, the camp has announced the appointment of Mrs. Menucha Isenberg as the new Camp Director for the upcoming summer, bringing with her a wealth of experience and enthusiasm.
Mrs. Isenberg, Shlucha at Chabad of Vanderbilt University-JGrads, previously served as an integral part of the leadership team during the last summer season, contributing significantly to the success and positive atmosphere at CGI Poconos. The camp is excited to have her back, confident that her leadership will once again guide campers through an enriching and inspiring experience.
The camp has also announced that staff applications for the Summer 2024 season are now officially open. Prospective staff members are encouraged to apply by visiting the CGI Poconos website at https://cgipoconos.org/staff.
“We look forward to Mrs. Isenberg’s return to the leadership team. Her experience and enthusiasm are invaluable assets that align with CGI Poconos’ mission,” said Gershon Sandler, the Executive Director. “We are confident that our campers will once again experience a summer filled with inspiring and fun opportunities under her leadership.”
The camp expressed its deepest gratitude to Mrs. Dini Druk, the Camp Director over the past several years, who has played a pivotal role in the growth and professional development of CGI Poconos, helping the camp reach new heights in its program development and leadership team. Mrs. Druk will transition into an advisory role, where her invaluable insights and guidance will continue to shape the camp’s leadership team.
