The annual Kinus Torah was held on on Sunday after Sukkos, in the main shul of 770 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights with the participation of Anash and Tmimim.
The Kinus is done in accordance with the Rebbe’s instruction to hold a gathering and rabbonim deliver talks in nigleh and chassidus. The annual Kinus Torah at 770 is organized each year by Rabbi Shneur Zalman Labkowski, Rosh Yeshiva of 770 Yeshiva, as instructed by the Rebbe to do so, and received the Rebbe’s guidance and brochos throughout the years.
The Rebbe would participate in the Kinus Torah by giving Matzah and water from the Farbrengen on Yom Tov to be used at the Kinus Torah, and the Rebbe would also say a Dvar Torah during the Farbrengen as part of the Kinus.
The shiurim, said in Hebrew and Yiddish, were given by prominent Rabbonim, Roshei Yeshiva and Mashpiim.
