Hundreds of people enjoyed the outdoor Menorah lighting in the streets of Southgate, London over the eight nights of Chanuka.
They were joined by the President of the United Synagogue, Mr Stephen Pack, and the London MEP (Member of European Parliament) Ms Marina Yannakoudakis.
Chazan Dov Speier led the crowd in a lively rendition of Haneros Halolu, Ma’os Tzur and other songs. Hot drinks, fresh donuts and live music contributed to the wonderful, warm atmosphere.
The local community thanked the Shliach, Rabbi Hershel Kesselman for once again organizing this much-anticipated community celebration.
